Refund policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products under the following conditions:
Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Condition of the Product
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, without traces of usage and clean. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via email at riva.ceramics@gmail.com where you will include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, the refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 6 business days.
Exceptions
Returns cannot be made for custom-made products or products purchased from our partners (atelliers, galleries, concept stores...).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
